Our story

Nayare & Co sells two things: a grooming brush that mists as it brushes, and a glove that lifts fur off furniture. That's the whole catalogue, and it's deliberate. We would rather get two products right than list two hundred and know nothing about any of them.

Where we are, and where your parcel comes from

We're a small business registered in France, shipping to customers across the United Kingdom. Delivery is free, and it takes 8 to 12 business days after dispatch.

We could bury that number at the bottom of a policy page. Here is why we don't. We ship direct instead of holding stock in a UK warehouse, which is slower than a next-day retailer — and it is the reason a brush like this is £19.99 here instead of £40 on a shelf. If you need something by tomorrow, we're honestly not the right shop for you. If you'd rather wait a couple of weeks and pay less, we are.

Why these two products, and not more

Because they are two halves of the same problem. Anyone living with a moulting dog or cat is fighting on two fronts: the fur still on the animal, and the fur already on the sofa.

The MistBrush handles the first. Brushing dry doesn't remove loose fur so much as launch it into the room — the mist keeps it clinging together in the brush head instead. The FurGlove handles the second, lifting hair out of upholstery in a single pass with nothing sticky and nothing to refill.

Use one and you halve the problem. Use both and it mostly stops coming back. We didn't build a range around that idea because there isn't one to build — two products genuinely covers it.

If something goes wrong

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your expense unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, in which case we cover it. This is on top of your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Email us and a person replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 UK time. If your parcel is taking longer than the window we quoted, write to us before you worry — we can see where it is.
