Shipping is free on every order across the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend and no charge added at checkout.

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.
Delivery: 8 to 12 business days after dispatch.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all labels and original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return postage is at your expense, except where the item is faulty, damaged or not the one you ordered — in which case we cover it, in line with your statutory rights.
